Autumn

Autumn

Well dear friends, the summer has melted away into fall/autumn. I didn’t realize it had been so long since my last post. It seems like this summer lasted about 5 years.

I don’t have anything insightful to say that’s probably not been said somewhere else. But I do want to say that I hope you are doing well and that you are doing the best that you can. I’m sending good thoughts your way.

I have some posts I do want to write – such as going to the dentist and traveling around Hiroshima prefecture – and my goal is to get them up in the next few weeks. I’m taking it easy so it might take a while!

Until then, please enjoy this picture taken in rural Hiroshima prefecture.

Hello as well
I hope you are well. It certainly has been a long drawn out summer, however with the love of friends and family we have managed to get through it all.
Winter is drawing in and this will again require patience and vigilance . I love the autumn hues and the cold crisp air in the mornings,. The cobwebs hanging in the air with the dewdrops shining in the early morning sun. The air is always sharper and cleaner, something to smile about when for the most of our days are spent behind a mask full of stale air and confinement.
stay well and safe.
